ALEXANDRIA, Va.--Spectra Credit Union has named Debbie Freeman Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Spectra, Debbie Freeman worked for Navy Federal Credit Union for 22 years where she held various positions within Finance including Senior Vice President of Financial Operations and CFO. Debbie holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and is an active Certified Public Accountant.
