MARSHFIELD, Wis. – Simplicity CU has hired Alan Bergstrom as CEO of Exclamation Services.
Bergstrom will lead the Exclamation Services team of Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Operations experts in growing a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) to serve the Credit Union and Business communities, the CU said.
Most recently CMO of Community First Credit Union in Appleton, Wisconsin, Bergstrom has excelled in several roles in Credit Union Marketing, including VP of Brand Marketing and Creative Services for the CUNA Mutual Group. He is a veteran of the U.S. Airforce as an intelligence officer and had the honor of providing President Ronald Reagan his daily national security briefing.
Of his new opportunity in the CUSO Bergstrom says, “I’m excited to be leading Exclamation Services and joining a team of individuals that are experts in their respective areas. We’ll be meeting a need that exists for many organizations today who may not have the resources to employ top talent in these areas. The services we offer are imperative to smaller credit unions and businesses to ensure they survive and thrive.
