SAN ANTONIO – Security Service Federal Credit Union has promoted Kristin Popowich to assistant vice president of member service in the central region.
Popowich was most recently area manager for the south San Antonio district, after serving as branch manager at multiple San Antonio area Security Service locations. She oversees member service activities in the central region, including cash operations, new accounts, lending, facility maintenance, management, community relations and development of staff.
Cultivating her skills as a leader, coach and mentor, she has received numerous awards and recognition throughout her career. Popowich is a graduate of the North San Antonio Chamber Leadership Lab and holds a Bachelor of Arts in social science from San Diego State University.
