SAN ANTONIO/COLORADO SPRINGS—Security Service FCU has announced a number of promotions.
Among those with new responsibilities are:
- Johnny Deeds, who has been named assistant vice president for end-user support for the credit union’s Mountain Region, where he will be responsible for all aspects of network, data and voice telecommunication, branch and end-user technology and application support and all hardware support for all of Colorado and El Paso, Texas.
- Suzette Garcia, who has been promoted to operations manager, where she will now responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Member Contact Center and quality assurance team.
- Peter Moser, who has been named assistant vice president of enterprise architecture and application development and will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the technical architecture and implementation of enterprise and online solutions.
- Jim Stone, who has been promoted to vice president of data center operations, where he will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the integrity of the credit union’s data center operations.
- Jennifer Hernandez, who been named branch manager for the credit union’s Boerne branch, and will be responsible for compliance, sales, service, employee development and growth of membership.
- Kelly Pils, who has been promoted to support desk and information technology procurement assistant vice president, and will now responsible for the management of the credit union’s support desk operations, including procurement, implementation and support of hardware and software technology.
