TUSTIN, Calif.—SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union has restructured its executive leadership team, promoting Carol Rose from executive vice president of Member Service Operations to chief operating officer and Jim Phillips from executive vice president to chief information officer.
Rose, who joined SchoolsFirst FCU in 2003, will oversee branches, the Member Contact Center, Fraud Management, Wealth Management, and Community and Membership Development. Phillips will continue directing the credit union’s technology strategy, infrastructure and cybersecurity.
The credit union also promoted Andrea Blais to executive vice president of Lending; John Conine to executive vice president of Member Experience and Transformation; Amy Hsu to executive vice president of Marketing and Payments; and Jessica Jamison to executive vice president of People and Culture.
“These leadership changes position us to strengthen how we serve our Members and prepare for future growth,” CEO Bill Cheney said. “I am confident this leadership team will continue to advance our mission and ensure we remain focused on delivering World-Class Personal Service to school employees and their families.”
