SPIRE Employees Raise Funds for Cancer Society

FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn.–SPIRE Credit Union employees at all 16 branches recently participated in a fundraiser benefitting the American Cancer Society.  Employees who purchased a “SPIRE PINKTOBER” fundraising T-shirt would earn the privilege of wearing jeans to work every Wednesday during October.  Proceeds from shirt sales resulted in a donation of $1,835!

“I’m truly honored to work with such a great TEAM of generous and hard-working people,” says SPIRE President/CEO Dan Stoltz.  SPIRE has a long-standing history of supporting the American Cancer Society through various fundraisers, and community outreach efforts.  Throughout 2016, SPIRE and its employees have donated more than $5,000 to cancer-related causes.

Separately, Stoltz has been elected to Chairman of the Board for the Minnesota Credit Union Network (MnCUN) at its recent quarterly meeting.
