FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. - SPIRE Credit Union President/CEO Dan Stoltz will serve as Community Grand Marshal for the 2023 Saint Paul Winter Carnival Grande Day Parade on Saturday, Jan. 28.
Stoltz is an East Saint Paul native and Johnson High School grad. Dan served as the 2015 King Boreas of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and was instrumental in the building of the 2016 Ice Palace as Chairman of the Board of the Ice Board of Governors.
Dan will be honored in the parade along with his wife, Robin, and their family.
