FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn.--Rachael Reiling, SPIRE Credit Union’s Business Development Director, was recently honored as one of 36 Top Women in Finance Awards by Finance & Commerce.
This award recognizes women who make notable contributions to their professions and communities.
“I am grateful to be included with this impressive group of professional women,” says Reiling, “I always strive to learn from other leaders, which helps me grow both personally and professionally.”
With 15 years in banking, Reiling has served in a range of leadership roles. Her work in Business Development for SPIRE has helped to deepen relationships with employer groups, provide personal finance education to their employees, and expand the SPIRE banking relationships within these groups. Reiling recently attained her Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, the CU said, addingReiling is passionate about volunteerism and giving back, not only in her community but around the world. Over the past six years of traveling abroad, she has helped women victimized by human trafficking, as well as provided professional education in less-developed countries on the credit union industry.
