EAU CLAIRE, Wis – Royal Credit Union has named Paul Stednitz VP of Retail Operations.
In this role, Stednitz is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic plan to provide an exceptional member experience for retail operations. He will focus on building high performing teams and leading efficient branches to provide consistency in processes, relationship building and member experiences across all branches. Stednitz has 25 years of retail banking experience with credit unions and community banks where he developed and facilitated member experience models that led to positive outcomes through engaged teams. He designed and launched a branch of the future with new branch layouts, new technologies, and the universal employee model. Stednitz holds his bachelor of Finance from Chico State University, an Advanced Degree from Pacific Coast Banking School, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
