EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union has named Matthew Schewe Digital Experience Manager. In this role, he leads the digital experience team to create and implement strategies designed to improve Royal’s digital experience, oversees the continuous development of all journey maps for Royal’s digital technology and interactive experiences, and collaborates with stakeholders about how digital experience can transform engagement with their product and services. Schewe began working for Royal in July of 2018 in the role of Business Development Officer and transitioned into his most recent role of Digital Experience Architect that October. Schewe graduated from Madison College with an Associate’s Degree in accounting. He also received his Bachelor of Business Administration in management from Upper Iowa University, the CU said.
