Royal Credit Union Names Boone the Vice President of Digital Experience

EAU CLAIR, Wis – Royal Credit Union has named Colin Boone the Vice President of Digital Experience.In this role, he is responsible for creating and managing the strategic direction of the Digital Experience team. The Digital Experience team designs and manages user experience, user interface and member journeys across all digital channels. Boone began working for Royal in May of 2010 as an Internal Auditor. He transitioned into a Compliance – Risk Management Specialist after one year and was promoted to his most recent role as Corporate Risk Manager three years later.  He has also been a member of the Royal Operational Committee since 2014, as well as an Information Security Committee member and Cybersecurity Sub-Committee member. Boone is both a Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert and Credit Union Compliance Expert.
