Royal Credit Union Names Birtzer Business Loan Representative Manager

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union has named Ana Birtzer Business Loan Representative Manager. Birtzer responsible for overseeing and leading Royal’s Business Loan Representative Team. She also develops and implements appropriate processes and procedures to mitigate risk and meet compliance requirements for the Business Loan Team. Birtzer brings over 18 years of real estate and financial industry experience to this role and has been with Royal since 2013, starting out as a Home Loan Servicing Representative. She then moved to a Business Loan Representative position to later become Business Loan Representative Supervisor. Birtzer has been recognized by Royal with a Big Deal Award and two Over the Top Awards for her excellent work within the credit union. She received the Big Deal award for her contribution to the Small Business Administration Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan project. Birtzer received two Over the Top awards for going above and beyond management expectations and creating processes and procedures for the implementation of new loan origination software.
