Royal Credit Union Names Berg Organizational Relations and Recruiting Manager

EAU CLAIRE, Wis.  – Royal Credit Union has named Jodi Berg as Organizational Relations and Recruiting Manager.In this role, Berg will be responsible for leading the Talent Services team to ensure all processes align to Royal’s organizational values and strategic focus of attracting and retaining high impact talent. Berg will also work closely with the VP of Organizational Talent Services to help Royal achieve its strategic goals. Berg is assuming this role in advance of long time Royal Team Member Betty Laskowski’s retirement in April 2021.  Berg and Laskowski will work together to ensure a smooth transition in the next five months.  Berg spent the past eleven years in various HR roles at Midwest Dental in Mondovi. She has also led HR Support efforts in the areas of benefits, payroll and HRIS for Midwest’s 200+ dental practices nationally. Berg has an associate’s degree in Human Resource Management and is a SHRM Certified Professional.
