WARNER ROBINS, Ga.—Robins Financial Credit Union has promoted Andrew Robinson to vice president of strategic solutions, tapping a longtime internal leader to help drive execution, innovation and enterprise alignment across the organization.
Robinson most recently served as director of project management after earlier working on the credit union’s security team. Robins Financial said he played a key role in improving how enterprise initiatives are delivered by bringing more structure, clarity and accountability to project execution.
In his new role, Robinson will oversee areas tied to strategic execution, solutions development and business intelligence integration, with a focus on aligning enterprise priorities with day-to-day operations and building scalable tools to improve internal processes and member experience.
“Andrew has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to turn strategy into action,” Amy Etheridge, SVP of strategy and transformation, said in a statement.
Robinson said his focus will be on helping the credit union connect strategy to execution.
“Growth doesn’t happen simply because we have good ideas,” he said in a statement. “It happens when we are aligned, focused on the right priorities, and able to turn those ideas into meaningful solutions that make a difference for our credit union and our members.”
