SANTA ROSA, Calif. – Redwood Credit Union has hired Tom Ausdenmoore as the general manager of RCU Auto Services--part of a wholly owned RCU subsidiary that sells pre-owned vehicles and offers auto brokering services to consumers.
As general manager, Ausdenmoore looks forward to providing car buyers a personalized, stress-free experience. “Buying a vehicle should be exciting and fun, not stressful,” says the longtime automotive professional. “We want to help people find the right vehicle for their needs, at the best price to fit their budget and lifestyle.” Ausdenmoore is certified as a master technician by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Prior to joining RCU, he served six years as pre-owned director for a prominent Santa Rosa auto dealership group. Before that he served 20 combined years as general manager at Marc Heitz Auto Family, and sales/service manager at Bob Moore Auto Group, both in Oklahoma City, OK. “We’re excited to have Tom join us,” said Tom Hubert, senior vice president of auto, insurance, and wealth services. “We started offering auto sales because our members asked for them.
