SAN RAFAEL, Calif. – Redwood Credit Union (RCU) has named Sandy Barron as manager of their San Rafael branch at 209 Third St. in San Rafael.
Mr. Barron now oversees member service, staff management, and daily branch operations, as well as local community and business development efforts.
Mr. Barron has served in management roles at Redwood Credit Union since 2008, including overseeing the Credit Union’s member service center, financial assistance department, and regional branch services. He previously held management roles at California Preferred Credit Union (which became part of RCU in 2008), UNCLE Credit Union and Cal State 9 Credit Union, and he is a high honors graduate of Western CUNA Management School. He has lived in Marin County for more than 20 years.
“Sandy excels at providing great service to our Members and is a longtime resident of the Marin community, so we’re excited to have him leading our San Rafael branch team,” said Andy Ramos, senior vice president of member experience.
