SANTA ROSA, Calif. – Redwood Credit Union (RCU) has promoted Nick Clay to branch manager of their 2763 Fourth St. location in Santa Rosa, and Jennifer Ross to branch manager of their Cleveland Ave. branch and welcome center in Santa Rosa.
Nick Clay
Mr. Clay and Ms. Ross will oversee the member experience and service, as well as staff management, training, daily branch operations, and business development efforts. Ms. Ross will also oversee the welcome center at the company’s corporate offices.
Nick Clay has been with Redwood Credit Union since 2005, most recently serving as assistant branch manager at RCU’s Rohnert Park branch. Prior, he held the position of assistant branch manager at the Petaluma branch, as well as senior member service representative and senior teller.
Jennifer Ross
Mr. Clay has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a custom concentration in management, finance, marketing and organizational leadership from Sonoma State University, and is a graduate of Santa Rosa Junior College.
Jennifer Ross has been with Redwood Credit Union since 2005, most recently serving as assistant branch manager at RCU’s Dutton Ave. branch in Santa Rosa. Previously, she held the position of assistant branch manager at RCU’s Mendocino Ave location in Santa Rosa. Ms. Ross earned her bachelor’s degree in business and art history from Sonoma State University and is a graduate of Santa Rosa Junior College.
