LITTLETON, Colo.— Titan CEO and headline sponsor Wipfli have named Darius Wise, president and CEO of Red Rocks Credit Union, a 2026 Colorado Titan 100 honoree, recognizing him among the state’s top CEOs and C-suite executives.
Wise was cited for leading the nearly $350-million Red Rocks Credit Union through a turnaround period that included a return to profitability within his first 11 months as CEO and the stabilization of about 90% of key performance indicators. The credit union also recently reopened a branch at Lockheed Martin’s Waterton campus as part of its broader focus on member service and growth.
Red Rocks CU has also invested more than $4 million in digital modernization, including a core conversion, CRM implementation and expanded digital banking capabilities. The credit union additionally launched “Roxie,” a voice-first virtual assistant aimed at expanding service capacity, reducing wait times and freeing staff to focus on more relationship-driven member interactions.
The Titan 100 program honors 100 business leaders across Colorado based on leadership, vision and passion. Honorees and their companies collectively generate more than $20 billion in annual revenue and employ more than 266,000 people. Winners will be recognized at an awards ceremony on June 4. “Being recognized as a Titan is a reflection of the work our entire team has done to rebuild, refocus, and move forward with clarity,” Wise said.
