WALTHAM, Mass.--RTN Federal Credit Union's Vice President of Human Resources Mary Wright will retire effective July 31, after serving more than 32 years at the CU.

"Mary joined the CU  in 1988 as Executive Assistant to then-CEO Paul Kicza, when RTN had a less than 50 employees, and most human resource and payroll functions were handled by Raytheon. In the mid-1990s, Mary was appointed Vice President, and oversaw the creation and development of Human Resources as its own function and department," the CU said.

“As we bid farewell to Mary, I express my deep gratitude for her steady presence and calm approach to supporting RTN employees and managers alike,” comments Richard Wright, RTN CEO and Treasurer. “Mary has played a key role in our organization’s growth, and she has left her personal imprint. We will miss her wise counsel and sense of humor.”

Viana Lucchesi will assume the Human Resources leadership role on August 1 as Vice President of Human Resources.
