WALTHAM, Mass.—Arthur R. Osborn, Jr., Board Chairman of RTN Federal Credit Union has received the Volunteer of the Year Award from the 2021 Cooperative Credit Union Association’s (CCUA) Awards of Excellence.
The award winners were recognized at the awards luncheon on October 14 during the CCUA’s APEX event (previously called Annual Meeting and Convention), which took place October 13-14 at the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino.
Osborn has been a member of RTN’s Board of Directors since 1991, and a Credit Union member for 43 years. He has served multiple terms as Chairman of the Board, and has served on numerous Board committees, including his present role as Chairman of the Personnel Committee.
