EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union has named Nicole Wilson Vice President of Organizational Talent Services. She is responsible for developing and executing talent management strategy in support of Royal’s Core Purpose and Values, organizational strategy, and business goals, specifically in the areas of total rewards, performance management, attracting and retaining high impact talent, team member relations, organizational development, succession planning, corporate culture and engagement.
Wilson began working for Royal in 2002 and has spent the last three years serving as its Organizational Talent Services Manager. In that role, Wilson has implemented new programs in the areas of benefits, compensation, and performance management with corporate goal alignment. In addition, she led the successful corporate transition to a human resource information system (HRIS). She has a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). In 2014, Wilson was a winner of Credit Union Journal’s Best Practice Award for aligning compensation & performance management.
Wilson graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s of Administration degree in Management-Human Resources. She is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Eau Claire and serves on the Eau Claire Area of Chamber of Commerce Real Life Academy committee. Wilson has also volunteered for Junior Achievement and United Way. She lives in Eau Claire with her husband, Patrick and two daughters.
