WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind.— Purdue Federal Credit Union has named veteran financial services executive Chris Sibila as its first chief strategy and experience officer, a newly created position designed to better align the credit union's long-term strategy with the experiences it delivers to members and employees.
Sibila brings more than 30 years of financial services experience to the role. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and chief information officer at Financial Center First Credit Union, where he oversaw technology, operations, payments and project management while leading digital transformation and member experience initiatives.
In his new role, Sibila will help drive Purdue Federal's strategic priorities, operational excellence and innovation efforts as the credit union continues investing in its leadership team to support long-term growth and strengthen its commitment to serving members as their trusted financial partner for life.
