CHATSWORTH, Calif.--Premier America Credit Union has selected three new senior team leaders to help drive strategic growth for the CU.
Joining the credit union are Ernesto Norona, Senior Vice President/Chief Lending Officer; Marci Francisco, Senior Vice President of Member Experience; and Janaki Rao, Senior Vice President/Chief Technology Officer.

With 25-plus years of leadership experience within lending, retail banking, remote service delivery, and business development, Norona most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Lending at Logix Federal Credit Union. Previously serving as Vice President of Sales for the largest business unit of CU Direct, Francisco has worked with credit unions for 19+ years to develop effective auto loan, membership and marketing growth strategies. Rao is a technology leader with over 23 years of experience managing software development, digital delivery, and IT infrastructure teams for the banking and health services sectors. Rao most recently served as First Vice President of Technology at Axos Bank, formerly known as the Bank of the Internet.
