The scholarships awarded to the student members of Pen Air were based on the student’s academic performance and their spirit of Communerosity. The amount awarded per scholarship is up to $10,000, for up to eight semesters depending on the degree pursed.

Pen Air said it started a college grant program in 2010, giving more than $31,000 to local high school graduates.
