PSECU Hires Holzgen As VP of Human Resources

HARRISBURG, Penn. – PSECU has hired Sandra K. Holzgen, a human resources professional with more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, as its new Vice President of Human Resources.

Her strong background and experience leading human resources initiatives in the financial services industry is sure to be of great value to our staff, and in turn, our members as well.” 

 

As PSECU’s Vice President of Human Resources, Holzgen will direct the human capital, organizational development, and talent management strategies of Pennsylvania’s largest credit union. Holding a key leadership position, she will help elevate and optimize PSECU’s human resources function to support the overall goals of the organization. Her key responsibilities will include talent development and management, workplace engagement, staff recruitment and retention, and employee relations.

 

Most recently, Holzgen served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President for Macatawa Bank, a full-service community bank with more than 400 employees headquartered in Holland, Michigan.
