WASHINGTON--PAHO/WHO Federal Credit Union proudly announces that Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer Derek Fuzzell has been appointed by the City Council of Fairfax to serve as a Member of the College Board for Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA).
