WASHINGTON– Over 200 virtual attendees joined the 104 members attending on-site to celebrate PAHO/WHO FCU’s success at the 74th annual meeting.
The credit union said that during the 74th Annual Meeting, PAHO/WHO FCU recognized longtime volunteer and Supervisory Committee member Sylvia Schultz for more than 20 years of service.
“2024 marks PAHO/WHO FCU 75th year of proudly serving the global health community and delivering on its mission to help members live better, healthier financial lives,” the credit union said.
During the Annual Meeting it announced it is celebrating its 75th anniversary by Sharing the Wellness.
“Over the next 12 months, the credit union will be showing their member appreciation with stories, tips and acts of wellness designed for those who give their all,” PAHO WH said. “Every month PAHO/WHO FCU will feature wellness leaders and their global health community contributions and share financial wellness tips. In addition, they will be showing their appreciation for the global health community they are so honored to serve with various acts of sharing wellness.”
In honor of National Nurses Month in May and CNA Week in June, nurses who stopped by/stop by the branch and show their badge received or were given a $10 Starbucks gift card.
