One Nevada CU Wins Diamond Award for Member Onboarding Campaign

LAS VEGAS—One Nevada Credit Union said its new-member onboarding journey has earned a 2026 Diamond Award from America’s Credit Unions, taking top honors in the email category for credit unions with more than $1 billion in assets.

The annual Diamond Awards recognize credit union marketing campaigns for both creative execution and measurable results, and One Nevada said its winning campaign stood out for using bold design, animation and a playful tone to make onboarding emails feel more engaging while still clearly communicating the value of membership.

“We aren’t just welcoming members, we’re hyping them up,” SVP-Marketing Eldon Tilley said in a statement, adding that membership can help deliver lower loan costs, better deposit rates and fewer fees for Nevada consumers.
