NEW ORLEANS, La.–OnPath Financial Federal Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Times-Picayune and The New Orleans Advocate. The list of companies is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
The anonymous survey measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“We are thrilled to be recognized as a Top Workplace for the sixth year in a row,” Leslie Montgomery, VP-human resources for OnPath FCU. “Providing our employees with the necessary resources and tools to grow and develop their careers has always been a focus of ours.”
As the credit union is deemed essential, it has remained open during the COVID-19 pandemic, allotting its front-end employees three-day work weeks but compensating for five days, and allowing corporate office employees to work remotely.
“We know that these past few months have been challenging, and we can’t thank our staff enough for the cooperation, positive attitudes, and flexibility during this time,” said Montgomery.
