OCALA, Fla.–Ocala Community Credit Union said it has updated its OcalaCCU App with biometrics. The new solution allows members to enroll using:
- Voice recognition
- Face recognition
- Fingerprint recognition
- PIN
- Username & password, with random security questions
The credit union said all OCCU members will be able to enroll into all five options and may use either of these options anytime.
The credit union said it already had one of the most advanced mobile apps in its market, and it has “advanced to a whole new level. Other financial institutions have ‘Instant/Quick Balance’ features like we had in our SHAZAM Brella App, but these new mobile app convenience features offer an enhanced member experience through fast access to their entire app and online banking features.”
OCCU said members can use the OcalaCCU App for numerous functions from opening accounts, to reviewing accounts to finding ATMs, managing cards and more.
