OCALA, Fla. — Ocala Community Credit Union has promoted Victoria “Vicky” Karpiw to director of lending, the credit union announced.
Karpiw moves into the senior lending role after more than 13 years with the credit union. She most recently served as Marion Oaks branch manager and previously worked as a mortgage and consumer loan officer as well as in collections.
Ocala Community said Karpiw began her career at the credit union on Oct. 8, 2012. She brings more than 30 years of financial-services experience to the position.
In her new role, Karpiw will oversee all lending operations, including mortgages, consumer loans, credit cards, and collections, along with the staff that reports into those functions.
The Ocala-based institution said the promotion reflects both Karpiw’s long tenure and her breadth of experience across multiple lending lines of business.
