ORNL Federal Credit Union Promotes Brummett and Curry

OAK RIDGE, TENN. – ORNL Federal Credit Union has promoted Dawn Brummett to Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and Becky Curry to Senior Vice President – Data Intelligence. Brummett has served in her role as COO since 2014. As the new EVP & COO, she will be responsible for the Credit Union’s delivery channel optimization strategy and the development of new omni-channel solutions. As the Credit Union continues to invest heavily in digital channels, Brummett’s leadership experience in digital banking services will ensure the growth and success of ORNL FCU’s future, the CU said. Formerly the Senior Vice President of Finance at ORNL FCU, Curry will now be responsible for the strategic direction of our data intelligence, including managing, analyzing, and reporting on different sources of data. She brings to her new role a significant background in accounting, finance, core systems, and data integrity, the CU said. “As the Credit Union continues to grow in both size and complexity, it is important that the staffing structure and organizational depth keep pace to meet these evolving needs. Both Brummett and Curry have distinguished themselves in leading their respective areas and will continue to do so in their new capacities,” said ORNL FCU President and CEO, Colin Anderson.
