MARYVILLE, Tenn.. – ORNL Federal Credit Union celebrated the grand opening of its new branch here with members of the community. Maryville City Mayor Tom Taylor and Blount County Mayor Ed Mitchell were also on hand to participate in the official ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Blount County Chamber of Commerce and Blount Partnership.
ORNL FCU has been serving the Maryville community since 1999 and with the opening of the new full-service branch, ORNL FCU consolidated operations from the Maryville Walmart branch allowing for greater visibility and job opportunities. The new Maryville Branch embodies the brand image of ORNL FCU by providing members with convenience, full banking services, access to emerging technologies, and a great user experience, the credit union said.
“Maryville is a great market; there is significant potential for ORNL FCU to grow our membership in this area, as well as provide more services and convenient access to our members from a full-service building,” said President and CEO Colin Anderson.
Located at 2441 US Highway 411 South, the new Maryville Branch will be managed by Kayla Warren, a longtime Credit Union employee who previously managed the Maryville Walmart branch.
