HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.— Nuvision Credit Union brought together more than 325 members and community partners for its annual Member Celebration, using the sold-out event to recognize member loyalty while reaffirming its commitment to the communities it serves.
The July 9 gathering at the Hyatt Regency in Irvine featured dinner, entertainment, guest speakers and member recognitions.
During the event, the $3.9 billion credit union presented $2,500 donations to Huntington Beach-based Robyne's Nest and Long Beach-based His Little Feet through its NuvisionCares Helping Kids in Our Communities program. The organizations were recognized for their work supporting underserved children and teens.
"Our members are the heart of everything we do, and this event reflects our gratitude for their loyalty, while celebrating the community partnerships that help us create lasting impact," President and CEO Roger Ballard said. Leaders from both nonprofit organizations praised Nuvision's long-term support, saying the credit union's partnership has helped expand services for children in need.
