SANTA ROSA, Calif.--Luanne Nightingale has been promoted to executive manager at Redwood Credit Union (RCU).
In her new role, she will manage the day-to-day operations of the executive office to support the CEO and other executive team members. Nightingale will also serve as liaison to the board of directors and senior management team. Before moving into her current role, Nightingale was part of the HR team at RCU, serving as an employee relations generalist, an employee engagement administrator, and an employee engagement manager. “Luanne’s professional support of our executive team allows us to remain focused on our mission of serving the best interests of our Members, employees, and communities,” said Brett Martinez, President & CEO of Redwood Credit Union. “We’re glad to have her talents as she helps our leadership team deliver on organizational priorities.” Prior to joining RCU, Nightingale was the HR director for the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Bethany University and HR management certification from Sonoma State University.
