CHESTERFIELD, Mo.--NewGround has named Gerald Webber Vice President of Business Development.
His territory will include Colorado, Wyoming, and north Texas. He will primarily be responsible for driving new business for NewGround’s product and service offerings in a menu-based approach related to Strategy, Design, and Project Management.
