NewGround Adds New Members to Studio One25 Team

CHESTERFIELD, Mo.--NewGround has added new members to its Studio One25 Team.

"Richard Avery, Pam Howell, and Maura Lynch bring a wealth of knowledge in retail design, light refresh projects, and implementation and planning. These recent appointments reflect NewGround’s commitment to ensuring the company is well-positioned to take advantage of new growth opportunities," the company said.

Avery holds a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia and is a licensed architect in Illinois with over 20 years of experience. As Director at Studio One25, he is involved in establishing strategic and creative direction for the studio, providing design and technical direction, business development, client relationship management, and team leadership and mentoring.

Howell, a graduate of Syracuse University with a Master of Architecture, is a licensed architect in Illinois with almost 20 years of experience. As manager of operations for Studio One25, she oversees design administration and production for each project, is part of establishing strategic and creative direction, and is involved in business development, team leadership and mentoring, and managing client relationships.

Lynch holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in engineering from the University of Michigan, and holds a Master of Arts in interior design from Harrington College of Design in Chicago. As a designer, she will be generating and managing the development of drawings for construction documents and furniture packages as well as assisting senior designers and architects.
