New Hampshire FCU's Gilbert Recognized for 30 Years of Service

CONCORD, N.H.–New Hampshire FCU is recognizing Lisa Gilbert for 30 years of service.  Gilbert joined New Hampshire Federal Credit Union (NHFCU) in 1987 as a part-time Computer Operator, becoming full time later that year. The CU said Gilber's attention to detail and knowledge of technology led to her promotion to Department Manager in 1995.  As technology advanced, so did Gilbert's skills. In 2000 she became NHFCU’s Information Systems Manager and late processing to Information Systems Administrator.

Today Gilbert has broadened her skill set yet again and currently oversees NHFCU’s Operations Department as Operations Manager. The Operations Department handles member inquiries about debit cards, provides online banking assistance and much more, NHFCU said.

Over the years Lisa has seen many changes at NHFCU, from the introduction of the Internet and email to the opening of our North Main Street and Lee offices. She has watched NHFCU’s membership grow to over 20,000 members and its assets grow to $261 million. One thing that has always remained the same at NHFCU is making a positive difference. One member at a time.  Lisa has been part of making a positive difference for many, many members over the past 30 years.  It is the positive attitude of NHFCU employees like Lisa resulting in NHFCU’s successful, long-term relationships with its members.
