ST. LOUIS–Neighbors Credit Union has awarded four $1,200 scholarships to ‘My.Bux’ members. Neighbors CU annually awards scholarships inhonor of Clarence L. Hagemann, a former chairman of the board, who gave 44 years of volunteer service. The contest is open to all My.Bux Club members who will be attending college the following autumn. My.Bux consists of Neighbors Credit Union members between the ages of 13-19.
The winners of this year’s scholarship contest are Samuel Aulgur who was homeschooled, Clare Goldkamp of Lindbergh High School, Cayla Thurman of Trinity Catholic High School and Shawn Williamson of Texas Christian University.
Students were asked, “How do you see your college aspiration and future career benefitting the community at large.”
