SOMERVILLE, Mass.–For the twelfth consecutive year, Naveo Credit Union participated in the Miracle Jeans Day initiative to raise funds for Boston Children’s Hospital, its local Miracle Network hospital. During September, Naveo joined hundreds of organizations and raised funds from employees and members. Naveo then matched the employee donations for a total donation of over $800.
Naveo participated in the Miracle Jeans Day initiative throughout September, but designated Wednesday, Sept. 14 as Miracle Jeans Day. Participants traded in their business attire for jeans and their favorite New England sports team shirt in exchange for a donation to Boston Children’s Hospital.
To raise additional funds, Naveo extended employee jeans to an additional day each week throughout September. Donations were also accepted at the branches.
