SOMMERVILLE, Mass.--Naveo Credit Union has promoted Clarissa Oliveira to assistant branch manager of their Somerville branch.
"Oliveira joined Naveo in June as a Senior Member Service Representative where she has shown a tremendous amount of leadership and further developed her banking skills. Prior to joining Naveo, she was a Senior Sales & Service Associate at East Cambridge Savings Bank where she supervised and coached a team on branch sales goals and focused on customer service. Oliveira has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She lives north of Boston with her husband and three dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting Maine and spending time with her family and dogs," the CU said.
Oliveira brings a wealth of knowledge and ideas to the Naveo team. In her role, she will assist the Branch Administrator in managing the new open-concept branch in Somerville and coaching her team on excellent member service, the CU said.
