SOMERVILLE, Mass.--Naveo CU has hired Maria Ledo as Branch Administrator.
Ledo is an accomplished banking professional with over 18 years of experience in branch management and retail operations. Ledo prides herself on effective and innovative management techniques that ensure success of the team and organization, the CU said.
Most recently, Ledo was a branch manager at Rockland Trust in Medford where she was responsible for implementing training, engaging in proactive problem solving and ensuring bank compliance. She previously held similar positions at Eastern Bank and Cambridgeport Bank (now Citizen’s Bank).
"Ledo brings a wealth of knowledge in areas of coaching, customer service and community relations to Naveo. In her new role, Ledo will be an integral part of the Retail team and will be responsible for the oversight of both branch locations and further development of community," the CU said.
