NEW YORK– Municipal Credit Union has promoted of Tracy Helm to Senior Vice President of Operations and Digital Services.
The promotion recognizes Helm’s outstanding contributions to the organization and her steadfast focus on both strengthening performance organization-wide and enhancing value for members.

Helm first joined MCU in June 2021 as a consultant, later becoming a full-time employee in May 2024. Helm has been instrumental in MCU’s daily financial operations, driving efficiency and reliability across critical payment functions and deposit operations. Helm is a seasoned leader with more than three decades of experience in credit unions and financial technology. Before joining MCU, Helm held leadership roles at payment processing company Jack Henry & Associates.
