NEW YORK CITY -- Municipal Credit Union has announced the promotions of nine senior executives. They are: MCU's Kim Thompson has been promoted to Executive Vice President/Chief Human Resources Labor Relations Officer, Janet Perkins to Senior Vice President/Chief Innovation Officer, Louise Cogan-Ruprani to Vice President/Marketing and E-Commerce, Michael Mattone to Vice President/Public Relations and Corporate Communications, Steven Kibitel to Vice President/Product Management and Research Development, Helen Brennan to Assistant Vice President, Marketing and E-Commerce, Shawn Morton to Assistant Vice President/Member Service Operations and Project Management, and Susan Ng to Assistant Vice President/Operational Risk Management.

* Kim Thompson, now Executive Vice President/Chief Human Resources Labor Relations Officer, has been with MCU for 27 years and was most recently Senior Vice President/Chief Human Resources Labor Relations officer.
* Janet Perkins, now Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer, has been with MCU for 14 years and was most recently Vice President of Process Engineering. In this newly established role, Perkins will be responsible for the identification and implementation of new products and technologies that lead to operational improvements and better service delivery to members. She is a resident of Freeport, NY.
* Louise Cogan-Rupani, now Vice President of Marketing and E-Commerce, has been with MCU for 8+ years and was most recently Assistant Vice President of Marketing. She is a resident of Hoboken, New Jersey.
* Michael Mattone is now Vice President/Public Relations and Corporate Communications. With Mattone's promotion, MCU has established a separate public relations/corporate communications department within the credit union. Mattone has been with MCU for 7+ years and most recently was Assistant Vice President/Public Relations and Corporate Communications. He is a resident of Yorktown Heights, NY.
* Steve Kibitel has been named Vice President/Product Management and Research Development, a new position. Kibitel, an MCU employee for more than 20 years, will be responsible for the development of new products and services that enhance member relationships at the credit union. He is a resident of Bay Shore, Long Island.
* Helen Brennan was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Marketing and E-Commerce. An MCU employee for more than 10 years and most recently Senior Manager of Marketing and E-Commerce, Brennan is a resident of Staten Island, NY.
* Shawn Morton was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Member Service Operations and Project Management from senior manager. An MCU employee for more than 20 years, Morton is a resident of the Bronx, NY.
* Susan Ng, currently Assistant Vice President/Operational Risk Management, is a six-year MCU employee. Most recently Project Manager/Operational Risk Management, Ng is a resident of Edgewater, NJ.
* Stacy Riley, now Assistant Vice President/Financial Risk, has been with MCU for the past three years and was most recently a Financial Analysis Manager. She is a resident of Brewster, NY.
