WAYNESVILLE, N.C.–Mountain Credit Union (MCU) held its annual Tee it Up for Diabetes Golf Tournament, which raised $12,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
The tournament, held at the picturesque Springdale Resort in Cruso, N.C., drew a record number of players and sponsors. Key winners of the day included teams from WNC Billiards and Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort for low gross scores, along with Diesel Power Truck Center and Ken Wilson Ford for low net scores.
