Mission FCU Wins 2 MAC Awards

SAN DIEGO–Mission Federal Union has received two awards by the Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC), its first year as a member of the association.

Mission Fed and its marketing partners, CSBimpact and Simpler & Simpler, received the Gold Award in Rebrand/Brand Evolution category, reflecting Mission Fed’s deep commitment to the San Diego community and its culture of philanthropy. The campaign garnered more than 23,000 new members, accounting for 83% of all new member growth in 2020 among major San Diego credit union competitors, despite the COVID-induced slowdown, the credit union said.

In addition, Mission Fed and its partners received a Silver Award in the category of Broadcast for Credit Unions Across the Nation with assets of $1 billion for its new community-based commercial, “Good for you. Good for all.”
