ST. PAUL, Minn.–The Minnesota Credit Union Foundation (MnCUF) has named Andrea Molnau, Director of Communications for the Minnesota Credit Union Network (MnCUN), as its new Executive Director.
In this role, Molnau will oversee foundation grant programs, financial literacy efforts, the Foundation scholarship council and the Minnesota chapter of Credit Unions for Kids.
Prior to joining MnCUN in 2015, Molnau worked as a credit union marketer for 20 years. Additionally, she was actively involved in financial literacy efforts, established and served on the Board of a credit union foundation, and served on the Minnesota Credit Union Foundation Scholarship Council, formerly the Family Involvement Council, for 13 years.
“Credit unions in Minnesota are driven by positive community impact and improving their members’ financial lives,” said Molnau. “I am pleased at the opportunity to carry out the mission of the Minnesota Credit Union Foundation, which provides resources for credit unions to best serve their communities."
