GREENSBORO, N.C.--Lisa Mihailuk has been named Summit Credit Union’s new Vice President of Lending and Call Center Services.
Mihailuk received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan – Flint. Previously she was a Senior Vice President, Direct Sales Manager (Call Center) for Truist in Greensboro,
North Carolina. In this position, Mihailuk led a centralized consumer direct mortgage call center campus, drove mortgage production, work flow review and improvement, and overall strategy.
Prior to working for Truist, Mihailuk was a Program Management Executive under Bank of America’s Home Loans division. With over 30 years in the financial services industry, Mihailuk
is recognized as a leader in sales, program management, and mortgage loan servicing.
