KINGSTON, N.Y.-Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union has hired Michael Mattone as Vice President, Community Impact.
This past September, MHV received approval from the National Credit Union Administration to expand into the New York counties of Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, and Sullivan. As a member of MHV’s Senior Management team, Mattone will spearhead the credit union’s expansion efforts.
"MHV is eager to bring our financial education resources, services, and products to the communities within our newly expanded charter,” says Wayne Winker, President and CEO of MHV, “and we're very excited that Mike has joined us to lead that initiative."
Mattone joins MHV from a local financial institution where he was responsible for managing Marketing, Business Development, PR, Government Affairs, and the Member Services Department.
“MHV’s mission to guide people on their financial journeys is exemplified through our financial education, products, and services, and I am thrilled to have the chance to bring that mission to our new markets,” states Mattone.
