Mid-Atlantic Staff Wear Jeans, Raise $735 For CMN

MIDDLETOWN, Penn.– With this year’s Miracle Jeans Day mantra of “Wear Jeans. Help Kids,” employees of Mid-Atlantic Corporate and its family of companies went casual on one day and raised $735 for the cause.

Miracle Jeans Day is part of the national fundraising campaign in support of Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals. Every year, Credit Unions for Kids (CU4Kids) encourages credit union employees nationwide to dress down in exchange for a small donation. Employees can donate $5 to wear jeans to work or $25 to receive a Miracle Jeans Day t-shirt with the CU4Kids logo.

“Miracle Jeans Day is an event we always enjoy taking part in to raise money for our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital,” says Erin Doan, administration and community relations director. “It costs almost nothing to participate, but it makes the biggest difference for kids in need.”

Mid-Atlantic Corporate’s $735 donation will go directly to Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital.
